The company was founded in 1962 by Ricardo Cavallero, an Italian immigrant born in 1936, with the idea of supplying manual steering gear boxes and their parts to the local market, which would expand to the international market in a short time.

It specializes in manual steering boxes (steering gear worm and roller shaft system), including the obsolete models for cars and trucks from 1900’s until today and for every kind of brands like Ford, Chrysler, General Motors, Volkswagen, Fiat, Mercedes Benz, BMW, Alfa Romeo, Volvo, etc.

Its markets are: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Chile, Cuba, Ecuador, England, Germany, Italy, Mexico, The Netherlands, The United States, Spain, Uruguay, and others.

The company has the know-how for manufacturing any part with a sample or Blueprint, always for the Gemmer, Ross and Saginaw systems as well as flexibility in quantities, which means that small pieces can be produced in small batches.

In 1985, with the purpose of improving the production of steering gear parts, the company started manufacturing needle rollers with multiple uses in a wide variety of industries, not only in the automotive industry, but also for agriculture, construction, maritime and aeronautics equipments.
